Kimball International and IMPACT Team Up to Tackle Pediatric Cancer

On Saturday, June 19th Kimball Hospitality teamed up with Gary to tackle the problems of children with pediatric cancer by holding a public furniture sale fundraiser which included products from Kimball Hospitality, National Office, and Kimball Office.

That event began sharply at 10:00am, but the line to enter began much earlier. Guests were lining up at 8:30am anxiously awaiting the chance to purchase Kimball furniture at incredible prices and to meet the Colts Defensive Captain. Gary was equally as excited and was onsite signing autographs, talking with guests and posing for pictures.

Kimball has quickly become one of the IMPACT Foundation's Corporate MVP's. Kimball Hospitality Vice President Stan Sapp is an Executive Board member for the foundation, and Kimball International CEO and President Jim Thyen is an Honorary Executive Board member.

"What's so unique about Gary's foundation is how it touches not only the patient, but the others impacted, too-parents, siblings, caregivers," says Sapp. "Our Kimball Hospitality team is happy to be involved with a foundation that truly makes a difference for others."

Due to generosity of Kimball International and the great people of Jasper, Indiana the sale raised more than $11,000 for the IMPACT Foundation.
